En tant que <b>Chargé(e) de Relations Clients</b>, vous serez un maillon essentiel de notre chaîne de satisfaction client, en assurant un suivi rigoureux et proactif des commandes, de leur enregistrement à leur facturation.</h2><p></p><h2></h2><h2><b>🎯 Vos missions au quotidien:</b></h2><p></p><ul><li><h2>Être <b>l’interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) des clients</b>, en assurant un traitement fluide et professionnel de leurs demandes (mail, téléphone).</h2></li><li><h2><b>Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de commande</b> : enregistrement, suivi, ajustements éventuels, jusqu’à la facturation.</h2></li><li><h2>Assurer un <b>suivi proactif</b> des commandes via les outils à disposition, en informant les clients de toute évolution.</h2></li><li><h2><b>Traiter les litiges et réclamations</b> avec réactivité, en proposant des solutions adaptées pour garantir la satisfaction client.</h2></li><li><h2>Utiliser efficacement les outils internes pour <b>garantir la continuité de service</b>.</h2></li><li><h2>Veiller à la <b>bonne application des procédures qualité</b> et contribuer à leur amélioration.</h2></li><li><h2>Être <b>force de proposition</b> dans la démarche d’amélioration continue du Centre de Relation Clients et des processus Xylem France.</h2></li></ul><h2></h2><p></p><h2><b>🧩 Le profil que nous recherchons:</b></h2><p></p><h2></h2><h2>Vous êtes organisé(e), orienté(e) client et doté(e) d’un excellent sens du service ?
