You’ll spend your days embedded on active trading desks, learning directly from brokers and product specialists across a range of asset classes, including Fixed Income, FX &amp; MM, Equities, Derivatives, and Emerging Markets.Your day-to-day will include:<ul><li>Shadowing brokers during live trade execution; observing institutional price discovery in interdealer markets.</li><li>Working on a summer-long capstone project in a small group, guided by a senior mentor, culminating in a final presentation to our C-Suite and other stakeholders.</li><li>Practicing on student Bloomberg terminals to build fluency with market data and trading tools.</li><li>Contributing to desk-specific mini-projects that reflect each product’s unique focus.</li><li>Collaborating with peers on group initiatives and intern-led tasks.</li><li>Exploring other functions across the firm—from operations and compliance to post-trade services.</li><li>Participating in regular check-ins with the program coordinator for feedback and guidance.</li></ul>Culture, Programming &amp; MentorshipWe aim to create a summer experience that’s both professionally enriching and genuinely fun.
