Here are some of the perks and rewards:<ul><li>A competitive salary and benefits package (including but not limited to pension plan, bonus scheme, and Life Assurance) </li><li>Generous holiday entitlement, with option to ‘buy’ or ‘sell‘ </li><li>A focus on continued personal development </li><li>Paid time off work for volunteering in the community </li><li>Access to our Employee Assistance Programme which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyle </li></ul>What you’ll do:<ul><li>Support with the international assignment lifecycle for employees across multiple countries, including large volume moves within the global events arena</li><li>Ensure compliance with immigration, tax, and employment regulations throughout the assignment process</li><li>Collaborate with people, finance, legal teams, and external vendors to deliver a seamless mobility experience</li><li>Initiate and coordinate vendor services, create assignment letters, resolve employee issues, and manage policies</li><li>Coordinate operational support including expat tax and social security policy administration, cost estimates, and relocation support</li><li>Process all required Posted Worker Notifications across Europe in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors</li><li>Handle day-to-day immigration issues, including visa and work permit application processing to ensure compliance</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Experience in global mobility, international HR, or related roles</li><li>Strong organisational and administration skills</li><li>Knowledge of immigration, tax, and employment laws would be beneficial</li><li>Experience working with global mobility vendors and service providers</li><li>The ability to work cross-functionally and across cultures</li><li>Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Find out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
