THE ROLE: The IT Service Desk Engineer will be responsible for managing the IT Service Desk function, ensuring timely, high-quality resolution of incidents and service requests across the organisation. While the primary focus is on end-user support, the role will also contribute to wider IT duties — including projects, infrastructure tasks, and technical escalations — as required.This is a user-facing position requiring a strong mix of technical support experience, communication skills, and service management awareness.
