<div>About The Company GROPYUS creates sustainable, affordable, and aspirational buildings for everyone through modular construction and setting a new standard in smart living.</div><h2>About The Role </h2>We are looking for a Senior Operations and Projects Manager (f/m/d) to join our Business Operations &amp; Strategy unit in Berlin. Successful candidates will relish the opportunity to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and contribute to building a company with a bold vision for the future. <h2>You will: </h2><ul><li>Lead the development and delivery of unit-specific and cross-functional projects end-to-end. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with senior leadership during the planning process and throughout the implementation of strategic initiatives facilitating decision-making discussions. </li></ul><ul><li>Break down complex projects into manageable tasks, supervise progress, and drive multiple delivery teams to achieve scheduled milestones. </li></ul><ul><li>Identify and manage interdependencies between teams, fostering alignment on business priorities and solutions. </li></ul><ul><li>Communicate project scope, requirements, progress, and critical decisions clearly to teams and senior leaders. </li></ul><ul><li>Assimilate information from multiple sources and provide concise recommendations or options in a manner consumable to the audience you are addressing. </li></ul><ul><li>Facilitate workshops and meetings with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements. </li></ul>  <h2>About You </h2>Required experience / minimum qualifications: <ul><li>5–7 years of experience delivering projects and operations across multiple teams, functions, and locations, in one or several of the following areas: consulting, operations, or project management. </li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience independently managing medium to large-scale cross-functional projects or change programs, end-to-end </li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in operations management, with a focus on designing and improving processes across teams and functions. </li></ul><ul><li>Proven track record in international, dynamic, and fast-paced environments, ideally within startups or management/strategy consulting. </li></ul>Knowledge, skills, and abilities: <ul><li>Fluency in English, German skills a plus, </li></ul><ul><li>Passion for GROPYUS’ vision of creating sustainable living for everyone, </li></ul><ul><li>Exceptional communication skills combined with the ability to manage and influence key internal stakeholders, </li></ul><ul><li>Strong critical thinking, project management, analytical and organizational skills, </li></ul><ul><li>Experience in Project Management tools - e.g., Wrike,  </li></ul><ul><li>Certification on project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Prince2, PMP) a plus </li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on solution-oriented behavior, </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to deal with complexity across various departments and industries or countries as well as ambiguity in a fast-growing company. </li></ul><h2>What we offer</h2><ul><li>An unlimited contract with 30 vacation days.  </li></ul><ul><li>Flexible, hybrid work: You can work from home or come into the office on the schedule that works best for you.
