This includes ensuring compliance with standards like ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials, managing information security risks, and preparing for annual audits. You'll also be responsible for developing a business continuity program, conducting regular security reviews, and maintaining security policies.</li><li>Project Leadership: Lead and manage IT projects, with a strong focus on maintaining and improving the company's security posture.</li><li>Team &amp; Stakeholder Engagement: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to colleagues, train employees on information security, and facilitate security reviews with both clients and suppliers.</li><li>Strategy &amp; Reporting: Support the development and delivery of our IT &amp; cyber security roadmap, monitor external security threats, and provide regular updates and recommendations to the management team and CTO.</li></ul> Key Skills and Experience: Essential The role would suit a self-starter who enjoys managing IT hardware and software systems, cyber security, business continuity, regulatory and legal requirements related to information technology with the ability to apply your experience in a SaaS environment.<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification(s).</li><li>5+ years experience in an IT role</li><li>Expertise in managing IT hardware lifecycles, software licensing, and enterprise applications</li><li>Experience of ISO27001 or equivalent, implementation etc</li><li>Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, risk management, and data protection.
