Projects may include process applications for food, pharmaceutical and chemical applications, or machine design projects for manufacturing. This role requires a strategic problem solver with a strong technical background and exceptional leadership skills to manage the design, fabrication, installation, and debugging of state-of-the-art equipment. Equivalent technical training and experience will also be considered. Candidates should have a strong foundation in engineering principles, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a project manager leading complex, technically driven initiatives across diverse industries, including energy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and industrial products. Demonstrated capability in managing the entire project lifecycle—from planning and risk evaluation to implementation and post-implementation assessment—while meeting industry standards, regulatory demands, and established guidelines.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communications, organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal skills to work and support a team environment.</li><li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where leadership and organizational skills are necessary. Strong interpersonal skills to work and support a team environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of equipment design, fabrication, and installation processes. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.</li></ul><h2><strong>Additional Details:</strong></h2><p>Travel: 10-25%</p><p>Compensation Range:<strong> </strong>Annual salary for this position is expected to be between $120,000 to $150,000, plus participation in our annual bonus plan and long term incentive plan.
