Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Support in developing, planning, and coordinating O-Cedar brand content and strategies across organic and paid communication platforms.</li><li>Lead the day-to-day execution of O-Cedar asset creation and execution with agency partners, influencers, content creators, and designers across social, website, blog, search, email and eCommerce sites.</li><li>Partner with the Digital Media team and eCommerce Sales team to coordinate content and paid tactics, including eCommerce content.</li><li>Manage O-Cedar content and brand messaging with consistent look and feel, ensuring compliancy with global brand guidelines and industry specific regulations and standards across all consumer touchpoints.</li><li>Manage daily relationships with PR, Influencer, and Brand agencies.</li><li>Work with the Website Manager to optimize any blog content needed for SEO best practices.</li><li>Drive content synergies with Vileda Omnichannel Brand Manager counterpart when relevant.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of related experience with proven record in Social Media and Content Strategy with a focus on video content.</li><li>Experience with TikTok, YouTube, Meta/Instagram Reels (and influencers ideal).</li><li>Preferred background with consumer goods company (or agency supporting this) within role of Omnichannel Marketing, Digital, Social, and Brand management.</li><li>Good technical knowledge of all relevant Digital, Social, SEO tools and metrics for planning, analytics, and data management.</li><li>Experience in partnering with and supervising outside vendors and agencies preferred.</li><li>Consumer centric mindset and ability to think in content and brands, with a deep understanding of consumer full funnel journey.</li><li>Strong storytelling, communication, persuasion, and collaboration aptitude.
