<ul><li>Be the primary point of contact from a finance perspective.</li></ul><ul><li>Issuing of the monthly sales invoices to intercompany;</li></ul><ul><li>Monthly Balance sheet reconciliations maintained in Blackline;</li></ul><ul><li>US GAAP to Statutory reconciliations; Ensure US GAAP vs Local GAAP reconciliation carried out at least once a year;</li></ul><ul><li>Overseeing the accounting for US GAAP – Balance Sheet and P&amp;L;</li></ul><ul><li>Posting of the monthly accruals in US GAAP and oversee the accruals in the statutory accounting;</li></ul><ul><li>Fringe reconciliation and forecast;</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare the monthly journal entries for payroll, tax, prepayments;</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee and advise accounting for bank payments receipts;</li></ul><ul><li>Ensuring that all revenues and costs are properly recorded in the books; reclassifications, if needed;</li></ul><ul><li>Overseeing loans/deposits with AGISL (Treasury);</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure that bank signatures, bank mandates are up to date;</li></ul><ul><li>Review the bank balances to request funds from AGISL(Treasury) or transfer surplus to AGISL and prepare the cash flow forecast;</li></ul><ul><li>Run the annual inventory process;</li></ul><ul><li>Review depreciation periods, fixed assets tagging, leasing;</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare the quarterly reports for Corporate;</li></ul><ul><li>QTR / Monthly review of AR / Unbilled to assess for provisioning;</li></ul><ul><li>Review recapitalization requirements, if applicable;</li></ul><ul><li>Review FX gain / losses. Reevaluation &amp; FX exposure;</li></ul><ul><li>Corporate Card Program Administration;</li></ul><ul><li>Review and custodian of Intercompany agreements; drive and ensure the right documentation and signatures are in place.</li><li>Drive the annual Transfer Price market study to ensure the right mark up in used for the sales invoices of the Centre;</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare and Maintain Expense Approval Matrix;</li><li>Drive Improvements across the processes and ensure alignment with AECOM guidelines;</li><li>Obtain various certificates requested by the law (WHT, Real Beneficiary, etc);</li><li>Ensure all the statutory accounts are filed on time;</li><li>Main point of contact for internal and external audits;</li></ul>
