Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Play lead role in the design and implementation of LKM framework of the program</li><li>Closely work with the program staffs in the identification of learning questions, collection of evidence, analysis, documentation and sharing</li><li>Collaborate with technical advisors, MEAL teams, and implementing partners to identify key learning priorities aligned with the Theory of Change (ToC).</li><li>Ensure learning activities are integrated into the program cycle, including design, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation processes.</li><li>In close collaboration with project team facilitate in generating and sharing knowledge products to bring higher impact</li><li>Design and facilitate learning events such as pause-and-reflect sessions, after-action reviews, and cross-learning visits.</li><li>Organize communities of practice and thematic working groups to support knowledge and experience sharing.</li><li>Promote dialogue and critical thinking across stakeholders to enhance program quality and adaptation.</li><li>Document lessons learned and case studies across all intervention with focus on inclusion and rural young women participation.</li><li>Produce and disseminate knowledge products (e.g., technical briefs, learning notes, innovation summaries) for internal and external audiences.</li><li>Maintain a centralized digital repository for learning materials and program documents.</li><li>Promote systematic documentation and archiving practices across teams and partners.</li><li>Ensure accessibility of knowledge resources for team members and stakeholders.</li><li>Work closely with the MEAL Manager and MEAL Advisor to ensure learning feeds into reporting, planning, and adaptive management.</li><li>Support capacity building of program staff and partners on knowledge management and learning tools/methodologies.</li><li>Provide technical support for integrating learning in donor reports and program reviews.</li><li>Use learning outputs to support decision-making and adaptive management by program leadership.</li></ul>Perform other tasks as assigned.
