We are looking for someone who can meet deadlines and can communicate clearly and effectively. This role will have the primary responsibility to support the company’s President and will extend to broader company for office management and logistical support tasks. </span></div><div><br></div><br><br><h3>What you will do:</h3><ul><li>Complete management of all business dealings and personal diary/schedule, anticipating needs, prioritization and preparation for meetings and key events, including organization of internal and external meetings. This shall include liaising with other teams and offices across different time zones</li><li>Provide a high standard of administrative and project support to leadership, as well as operational support for the United States and Australia</li><li>Manage communications and scheduling, calendar management, travel coordination, expense report management</li><li>Facilitate communication between the appropriate internal departments globally</li><li>Proactively consider and organize important deadlines, meetings, and necessary follow ups</li><li>Assist with light accounting duties for the Philippines office</li><li>Procurement activities</li><li>Event Coordination</li><li>Customer Relationship Management Portal Support. </li></ul><h3>What we are after:</h3><ul><li>5-7 years’ experience in an administrative role supporting C-level executives and senior leadership, preferably in a startup environment</li><li>Superior organizational skills and attention to detail - We are looking for someone who is logical, strategic, intuitive and proactive</li><li>Works well autonomously and under pressure</li></ul><br><div>By joining our team of Willowers, we offer true flexible working arrangements, remote and/or hybrid as well as parental leave available for those budding families. </div><div><br></div><div>But it is not all about us – it’s about you and the world around us.
