You will support the introduction of new cable accessory products and the development of product lines, driving technological innovation and product upgrades.2. You will lead changes in localized products and materials, providing technical support to optimize costs and evaluate second-source suppliers.3. You will assist in resolving technical issues in product applications to enhance customer satisfaction.4. You will collaborate with R&amp;D, production, and quality departments to drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from design to manufacturing.5. You will manage key internal projects within the Engineering Department, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.7.
