The Primary Engineering team handles the electromechanical design of substations, while the Secondary team focuses on electrical design. Our Project Management Engineering team leads the work with design and delivery of complete substations for distribution and transmission grids.We seek dynamic and strategic leaders to guide, manage, and coordinate our Engineering teams. Depending on your background, we will provide training and support to help you grow and develop into this role. How you'll make an impact<ul><li>Collaborate with other departments to manage supplies from an engineering perspective, including analysing resource demand for capacity management.</li><li>Provide insights, develop, and manage team priorities to ensure performance and quality goals are met throughout all project phases.</li><li>Build operational capacity through effective people management and strategic planning, supporting the establishment and deployment of necessary frameworks.</li><li>Ensure processes are in place to capture and share best practices and operational experiences, supporting business strategy and defining specific processes and tools.</li><li>Set goals and objectives for team members to achieve operational results.</li><li>Ensure policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed.</li><li>Develop the team and build the capacity required by the strategic plan.</li></ul>Your background <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. </li><li>Knowledge of substation technology AIS and GIS. </li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.  </li><li>Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills.  </li><li>It is an advantage with energy sector experience.   </li><li>Fluency in English, both written and spoken is a must have.
