QAQC MANAGER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul style="list-style-type:square;"><li>Participate in project planning and design process to instill best practices</li><li>Assist in the development of and manage work instructions for construction tasks across commercial and utility BESS sites</li><li>Perform field inspections at projects under construction and audit workmanship quality and adherence to design specs</li><li>Communicate best practices to construction superintendents and field personnel</li><li>Assist with the development of comprehensive task manuals and work procedures across solar PV components and assemblies</li><li>Assist as directed or required along with O &amp; M warranty work</li><li>Analyze new products for incorporation into future projects. </li><li>Assist with commissioning of completed BESS plants</li><li>Assist in the development of training curriculum to teach field personnel</li><li>Assist O &amp; M manager in communicating procedures to field personnel</li></ul>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:This position has supervisory responsibilities, subject to changes as business needs change.WORK ENVIORNMENT: Job duties may be subject to environmental conditions when working at job site where you may be protected from weather conditions but not necessary from temperature changes. Some activities occur indoors and outdoors. POSITIONS TYPE &amp; EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:This position is a salaried exempt position, this is a full-time position. Hours often follow those of a typical business work week. However, in this role you may be requires the work weekends or after normal business hours as business necessitates.TRAVEL:Travel is required.
