Leeding Builders Group, division of AECOM, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Construction Pre-Qualification Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and pre-qualifying contractors and subcontractors for construction projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.<ul><li>Manage and maintain the contractor pre-qualification database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate</li><li>Analyze contractor submissions, including financial statements, safety records, and performance history</li><li>Conduct thorough risk assessments of potential contractors and subcontractors</li><li>Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to determine specific pre-qualification requirements for each project</li><li>Develop and implement pre-qualification criteria and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness</li><li>Prepare detailed reports on contractor qualifications and recommendations for project teams</li><li>Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in contractor pre-qualification</li><li>Assist in the development and maintenance of pre-qualification policies and procedures</li><li>Provide support and guidance to contractors throughout the pre-qualification process</li><li>Coordinate with legal and insurance departments to ensure compliance with contractual requirements</li></ul>About Construction Management—Leeding Builders Group (LBG)Leeding Builders Group (LBG) is a New York-based construction manager specializing in open shop commercial, residential and hospitality projects.
