If all this speaks to you, we would like to invite you to join us!Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart! You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:<ul><li>Developing and maintaining a robust risk management framework for all project phases.</li><li>Collaborating with project managers and teams to facilitate the identification and assessment of project risks, defining mitigation strategies and action plans, monitoring their implementation, and tracking residual risk levels.</li><li>Designing and maintaining a centralized risk reporting system.</li><li>Preparing periodic risk reports for senior management and oversight bodies.</li><li>Staying informed about emerging risk assessment methodologies and tools, and recommending and implementing improvements where applicable.</li><li>Promoting a proactive risk culture by delivering internal training sessions on risk management and ensuring that materialised issues are analysed and integrated into future risk planning.</li><li>Maintaining an internal knowledge base of risk management practices and lessons learned.</li><li>Coordinating with the Ignitis Group Risk Manager to ensure consistency with group-wide risk policies and practices.</li></ul>
