Grants, Contracts, Budget Management and Business control<ul><li>Responsible for supporting Business control specialist-grants on the management of all donor contracts in the Country Office.</li><li>Coordinate with the Global Office Budget Development team and ensure that the budget development is finalized on time and sufficient time is allowed for the review of the budget by the CO team (CFM and CD).</li><li>Provide support on the project audit process by responding to auditors all requests on time. Make sure the audit process is smooth and the final project audit report is clean. The audit report should be shared to donor on time.</li><li>Report on time all government finance requirements such as tax and other regulations relating to the project.</li><li>Post the donor reports in SAP Business by design on time.</li><li>Support the project closure process, both as per donor requirement and SNV requirement especially on finance related matters (all expenditure related to the project have been posted, all revenue fully recorded and fund received from donor), any pending item related to project should be cleared.</li></ul>Management of sub-grants, consortium partners, partners and consultants<ul><li>Manage   all assigned sub-grant’s, partners, consultants and sub-contractors and ensure they comply with the contractual terms, donor compliances in relation to finance, SNV policies, and all applicable donor laws, rules, and regulations.</li><li>Before the contract is signed make sure you review the terms of the contract and all financial risks are minimized as much as possible, check donor budget availability.</li><li>If liquidation report/expenditure report verification is complete, post the report in SAP Business by design and link it to respective downpayment.</li><li>Follow up with the  grants /Business control specialist Conducting periodic visits and reviews of the systems and process of the sub-grantee and conduct the periodic monitoring of the cost incurred and reported..</li><li>Any other relevant task that may be assigned by your line manager.</li></ul>
