Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Lead, you will support a variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks across several entities.Your work will include assisting with the processing of purchase invoices, reviewing open purchase orders, and communicating with departments such as Construction Management, Operations, and IT, as well as with suppliers, to resolve accounting or payment issues. You will help manage the AP email inbox to ensure all queries are handled efficiently, maintain accurate vendor master data in our systems, and provide general support to the team with ad-hoc tasks as they arise.At Fastned, you'll be working in a fast-growing European company listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange, where people roll up their sleeves and seize opportunities wherever they come.
