This role will also support the buildout and protection of new Operational Technology (OT) networks for manufacturing and research/development. The Engineer will perform hands-on configuration of firewalls, manage VLANs and network segmentation, maintain secure wireless networks, and implement access controls. They will respond to security alerts, investigate incidents, and apply remediations to minimize risk. Working closely with IT and operations teams, the Engineer will ensure network availability, enforce security policies, and deploy updates and patches in a timely manner.
