Leads the product team(s) developing the product(s). This position may be involved in the funding management and budgeting processes for the products and / or portfolio.<h2>Responsibilities: </h2><ul><li>Defines and manages product roadmap</li><li>Build, groom and prioritize the product backlog, continuously managing expectations with relevant stakeholders – including the senior leadership team</li><li>Manage the sprint planning process and participate in all relevant ceremonies (reviews of prior sprints, grooming, retrospectives, etc.)</li><li>Develop a deep contextual understanding of our customer, worker and user needs</li><li>Gather market feedback through user interactions, focus groups, and by performing industry research to support future development</li><li>Write detailed functional specifications, user stories and product documentation</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams of developers, designers and analysts to implement and deliver new products and features</li><li>Collaborate with the organization on vision, strategy, decisioning, tactical execution, and measurement systems</li><li>Communicate roadmap stages and timelines internally with key stakeholders</li></ul><h2>Required/Basic Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or Other Related Degree</li><li>In addition to required degree, four (4) or more years related work experience</li><li>In lieu of Bachelor’s degree(s) AND four (4) or more years related work experience listed above, High School/GED AND eight (8) or more years related work experience</li></ul><h2>Desired Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Certified SCRUM Product Owner</li><li>Experience with SAP products (i.e. ISU / C4C / HANA / Commerce)</li><li>Experience supporting regulated and non-regulated product offerings</li></ul><h2>Additional Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul><li>5 or more years working in utility industry</li><li>Experience as a Product Analyst</li><li>Agile Product Owner certification</li><li>"Black Belt" Six Sigma certification</li><li>Experience with Jira</li><li>Experience with relevant new product or technology development experience working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Experience with teams developing and shipping software’’</li></ul><h2>Working Conditions: </h2><ul><li>Hybrid – Work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations after the onboarding period.
