AECOM is seeking a Quality Management Intern to be based in our Burnaby office.We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented engineering or architectural student to join our Burnaby office as a Quality Management Intern. This is a 4-8-month temporary full-time position, depending on co-op work term availability, ideal for a student who has completed at least 3 years of a Bachelor’s program in Civil Engineering or a related field and is eager to gain hands-on experience in quality management within the transportation industry.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Assist with monitoring and evaluation activities to help ensure compliance with AECOM’s quality management systems.</li><li>Support the maintenance of quality-related records and documentation.</li><li>Help identify opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation of corrective actions.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to address quality-related issues and contribute to technical problem-solving.</li><li>Participate in internal audits, inspections, and reviews under the guidance of senior staff.</li><li>Assist with data collection and analysis to support ongoing quality initiatives.</li><li>Work alongside experienced professionals to gain insight into current business trends and industry best practices.</li><li>May include construction inspection activities.</li></ul>
