See below for a more thorough breakdown of the various tasks and areas you'll be responsible for:<ul><li>Support commercial planning to meet the sales volume target</li><li>Manage Customer payment experience in online journey</li><li>Support commerce related customer care service within online purchase journey</li><li>Perform additional operations related to E-commerce flow</li><li>Monitor EV subsidy application process</li><li>Document handling for Sales and Subsidy management</li><li>Ensure active communication between Polestar and EV Subsidy Agency</li></ul>Who you areIn order to succeed in this role, and at Polestar in general, there are a few characteristics you'll need to have. Tenacity. Flexibility. Curiosity. The ability to take the initiative, to meet deadlines and requirements, and to abandon ideas when they're not feasible.We seek a highly competent team player with solid experience from the sales planning and vehicle distribution field and with an excellent understanding of end to end supply chain. You can handle multiple tasks, maintain focus and adapt easily to changing business needs. In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent</li><li>Knowledge of logistics, trading and accounting is preferred</li><li>Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the automotive field or related is preferred</li><li>Detail oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks</li><li>Strong interpersonal relations as well as effective communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills</li><li>Written and verbal English skills are preferred</li></ul>Polestar is an international company, with various backgrounds represented.
