As a collective we strive for engineering greatness and by ensuring best practices across the board of the community.</li></ul>What will I be doing?We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Knowledge Manager, a critical role that will ensure our product teams, engineers, customer support, and other internal stakeholders have the information they need to build, support, and scale our innovative platform effectively.As a knowledge manager, you will:<ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy for Kaluza's internal product documentation, aligning with overall business objectives and product development lifecycles.</li><li>Establish and enforce documentation standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across all internal product documentation.</li><li>Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and other subject matter experts to identify documentation needs, gather information, and translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise content.</li><li>Organize, structure, and maintain the internal product knowledge repositories, ensuring information is logically categorized, easily searchable, and up-to-date.
