Xena is characterized by a flat structure and an open culture.The Technologies<ul><li>Layer 1 analog and digital: SerDes, equalization, PAM4/NRZ, FEC, Link Training, Auto Negotiation</li><li>Layer 2/3/4: Ethernet/IP/UDP/TCP packet structure, composition, manipulation</li><li>Internal and external timing and synchronization at HW, SW, network level: oscillators/PLLs/clock interfaces, latency compensation, jitter measurement, PTP</li><li>Various MII interfaces: USXGMII, GMII, SGMII, etc.</li><li>SFP technologies from SFP to OSFP and QSFP-DD800; I2C, MDIO, MSA/CMIS management standards</li><li>I2C, SPI for transceivers, EPROMs, flash memory and other components</li><li>Register-based FPGA interfacing over PCIe: Boot-up, configuration, monitoring of highly complex devices with very advanced functionality</li><li>Embedded C/C++ for multi-CPU mixed x86 and ARM architectures, using modern C++</li><li>Embedded Linux OS environment: Configuration, upgradability, robustness</li></ul>Your Experience Preferably 8-10 years’ experience with advanced Embedded Software architecture, design and implementation.<ul><li>Experience with architecting and developing large/complex systems</li><li>Experience with drivers and registers</li><li>8+ years of C/C++ experience writing and maintaining production-level software</li><li>Experience with data communication, high-speed Ethernet interfaces in particular</li><li>Experience with scripting, primarily Python</li><li>Experience implementing network protocols is an advantage</li><li>Good English skills, both written and spoken - Danish is an advantage, but not a requirement</li><li>Engineering background (Master’s or Bachelor’s degree)</li></ul>Your Personality  <ul><li>Self-driven, proactive and taking technical lead</li><li>Passionate and dedicated</li><li>Analytical, structured and goal-oriented</li><li>Creative and inventive</li><li>Desire to learn, grow and exchange knowledge with others</li><li>Sparring with colleagues, discussing, and challenging solutions</li><li>Flexible, able to act quickly on changing conditions</li></ul>  Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
