As part of the global product management team, you’re the thought leader and key contributor to meet the business objectives of our unit.How you'll make an impact<ul><li>Define and drive the strategy and development of new products and solutions for the Power Conversion Solutions business. </li><li>Identify market growth opportunities - collect, verify, and define market requirements for power system solutions and applications across different customer segments.</li><li>Work goal oriented in close collaboration with different internal business units and functions, end customers and development teams. Communicating and coordinating with people of different technical backgrounds is a key success factor.</li><li>Understand the functional and technical needs of internal and external customers, identify the gaps in the current solutions and lead the full process to implement the new platform and solutions.  </li><li>Drive operational efficiency by delivering appropriate application and solution knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for the Sales and Marketing team.
