The role is responsible for Subcontract Administration as part of the Source-to-Pay Team in Manila. <ul><li>Prepare, review, verify, approve, and execute subcontracts under direct supervision.</li><li>Issue Purchase Orders and Change Orders</li><li>Maintain subcontract and procurement documentation.</li><li>Follow and enforce procurement-related policies and procedures; maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.</li><li>Understand subcontracting terminology for application in day-to-day tasks.</li><li>Assist Project Managers/project team in preparation of Purchase Requisitions (Subcontract Admin Form)</li><li>Escalate and analyze identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.</li><li>Perform simple but varied tasks in compliance with service-level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Assess identified issues and collate documentation to investigate and resolve common and recurring issues. </li><li>Support selected simple process improvement initiatives to streamline processes.</li></ul>
