Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.</p><p>The Role</p><ul><li>Day-to-day coverage of the production line, including rapid response of out-of-control processes.</li><li>Investigate and identify defects using test data.</li><li>Support the implementation of process changes to improve process and product yield.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to ensure quality. </li><li>Troubleshoot and implement process improvements for laser cleaning, wedge tool wear, torque, dispense, etc. </li><li>Provide inputs for process enhancements and contribute to continuous process improvements.</li><li>Data collection and analysis for process control and quality assurance.</li><li>Support program adjustments based on data analysis.</li></ul><p>You Bring</p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience working within automotive or manufacturing.</li><li>Hands-on troubleshooting skills for resolving equipment issues, tool wear, or process inefficiencies.</li><li>Ability to review programs, make adjustments, and provide inputs for process enhancements.</li><li>Skilled with common workplace software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to use measurement devices such as multimeters, calipers, microscopes, etc. </li><li>Availability for occasional off-hours calls.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude.</li><li>Comfortable with initiating and taking ownership of projects.</li><li>Experience creating tables and charts for data analysis</li></ul><p><span>This role would be for the B shift structure</span></p><ul><li><ul><li>B shift-6 PM-3:30 AM </li></ul></li></ul><p></p><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
