This individual will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline growth across multiple customer segments, including enterprise, commercial, and fleet. This role will partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams to ensure full-funnel optimization and measurable business impact.</p><h3>What You Will Bring to ChargePoint</h3><ul><li>Develop and lead the global demand generation strategy to support revenue and pipeline goals across key market segments and regions</li><li>Own campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking across multiple channels (email, webinars, content syndication, digital advertising, ABM, events, etc.)</li><li>Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to align on lead scoring, routing, attribution, and follow-up processes</li><li>Manage marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) to track performance, optimize conversion rates, and improve ROI</li><li>Lead a team of marketers, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management</li><li>Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate positioning and messaging into targeted campaigns</li><li>Monitor trends and continuously test new channels and tactics to scale and improve lead quality and engagement</li><li>Report on pipeline contribution, conversion metrics, and campaign effectiveness to senior leadership</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years focused on demand generation in a leadership role</li><li>Proven track record of designing and executing programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue growth</li><li>Strong understanding of marketing technologies, including Marketo, Salesforce, and attribution/reporting tools</li><li>Experience leading teams and managing agencies or external partners</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills</li><li>Experience in the clean energy, EV, or SaaS space is a plus</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)</li></ul><h3>Location</h3><p>Campbell, CA</p><p><span><span>ChargePoint is committed to fair and </span><span>equitable</span><span> compensation practices.</span> <span>The targeted US salary range for</span></span> <span><span>roles at this operating level is $</span><span>147,500</span><span> to $</span><span>255,000</span><span>.
