We collaborate with governments, utilities, and community-based organizations to discover, test, and scale solutions that work for real people in real communities. We are optimistic, inclusive, and ambitious about our impact—and we’re looking for someone who shares our drive The Loan Processor performs a variety of administrative and loan processing support functions for one or more programs within Energy Finance Solutions.  Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review documentation to confirm loan product requirements and program eligibility; communicate as necessary to obtain missing information/documentation</li><li>Respond to consumer and contractor inquiries regarding the loan or subsidy programs</li><li>Process emails</li><li>Process postal mail</li><li>Perform accurate and detailed data entry</li><li>Responsible for phone coverage as assigned</li><li>Perform contractor management duties</li><li>These responsibilities are not all inclusive and other duties may be assigned from time-to-time.</li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent</li><li>1-3 years of work-related experience, preferably in customer service</li><li>Experience with loan processing and credit analysis a plus</li><li>Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite required</li><li>Strong written &amp; verbal communication skills</li><li>Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize</li><li>Able to work as part of a team and independently</li><li>Organized with a strong attention to detail necessary</li><li>Ability to think quickly and make good judgement decisions</li></ul> Physical Requirements<ul><li>Primarily a sedentary role, with tasks typically performed while sitting or occasionally standing.</li><li>Ability to operate a computer and standard office equipment.</li><li>Tasks demand visual focus for reading and working on screens.</li><li>This position frequently communicates via phone and video conferencing, with in-person interactions as applicable.</li></ul> Work Environment<ul><li>Fully remote position with the ability to work from home or another suitable location with reliable internet access.</li><li>Hybrid work available if located in Madison, WI.
