This role will be responsible for setting strategic direction, managing operational execution, and leading a cross-functional launch team to ensure the successful startup, ramp-up, and steady-state production of vehicle programs in General Assembly. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in high-volume, automated automotive GA environments and demonstrate strong leadership in managing production readiness, launch execution, and team development.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><p>1. Quality and Process Assurance:</p><ul><li>Ensure GA process controls, PFMEA, standard work, and built-in quality systems are in place and followed.</li><li>Partner with Quality and Engineering to ensure vehicle build quality meets all compliance and customer requirements.</li></ul><p>7. Resource and Material Management:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with Material Flow and Logistics to confirm material readiness, kitting accuracy, and line-side delivery.</li><li>Review staffing, equipment, and space needs to support efficient operations and timely build execution.</li></ul><p>8.
