This role would be responsible for ensuring the quality, cost-effectiveness, efficiency &amp; timeliness of firmware designs and development deliverables for the respective projects and thereby ensuring the success of the overall project.</li><li>Technically mentoring the team, coordinating the domain related activity.</li></ul> Areas of Responsibility / Tasks:<ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px;"><li>Exposure to various industry standard cores like ARM and various DSPs, Exposure to signal processing and algorithm development</li><li>Ownership Of deliverables</li><li>Inquisitive and proficient in information gathering</li><li>Guide team and give technical assistance</li><li>Handling operational problems, fixing problems and identifying scopes of improvements</li><li>Document, train and support operations and project teams, sound knowledge in communication and aspects of respective domain</li><li>Experience in real time acquisition and computation, Experience of implementation of data protocols in microprocessors.</li><li>Strong in architecting embedded firmware</li><li>Coordination Of Work with On-Site Teams</li><li>Mentoring Team Members in Technical Areas</li><li>Establish Methodologies, Standards And Procedures For Requirements Analysis, Project plan preparation, procedure development and execution, documentation of results and reporting.</li><li>Domain specific Design and Development of application</li><li>Ability to plan, manage and deliver projects on-time with the agreed quality and cost.</li><li>Ability to interact with the Global teams, Ability to work cross-functionally with both internal and external teams as well as with functional business leaders. </li></ul> Qualifications and Additional Requirements<ul><li>Relevant tertiary qualification - B. E, B. Tech, M. E, M.
