We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Structural Engineer to join our team and help us revolutionize industrial heat at scale.  In this role, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring that the design of various subsystems within Rondo's Heat Batteries aligns with product requirements and meets performance criteria, including manufacturability and constructability as well as cost-effectiveness. Your work in this role will be instrumental in driving the success of Rondo's Heat Batteries and our mission to decarbonize the world. Join our team and together we can reduce world CO₂ emissions by 1% in 10 years, and by 15% in 15 years!  What You Will Do (key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to): <ul><li>Develop structural design for components and connections of thermal system assemblies. Assemblies include main load-resisting structural members and support frames for architectural/mechanical components such as insulation walls/enclosures, louvers, ducts, plenums, pipes, etc.  </li></ul><ul><li>Execute structural designs in accordance with applicable national and international codes.
