Monitor and/or review their performance (e.g., efficiency, reliability) and proactively identify and troubleshoot operating issues.</li><li>Support for plant safety, health, and environmental performance. Responsibilities include adherence to management of change (MOC) procedures, execution of project hazard reviews, engineering support for environmental compliance, and regular participation in safety programs and training.</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and implement productivity projects that improve reliability, efficiency, costs, and/or capacity.
