Fitters are required to check their work against quality standards and make adjustments as required based on their knowledge. Future Prosects of this Apprenticeship:<ul><li>Gain a recognised &amp; respected industry qualification. This will be essential to career progression &amp; can be used to access further education &amp; development opportunities</li><li>Develop skills specific to the Composites and Aerospace industry, which can be practiced and applied straight away</li><li>Access to valuable work experience</li><li>Limitless opportunities – Composites are used and are developing in many different engineering industries.
