This role offers a chance to significantly impact our marketing efforts and contribute to our ambitious growth plans.Do not miss the opportunity to join a diverse group of people-centric professionals, thought leaders and rapid thinkers, entrepreneurs in spirit and status quo-fighters!<h2>Key responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Assist in the design, development, and detailed implementation of marketing campaigns and new product launches.</li><li>Apply specific marketing strategies and media (e.g., print, digital, and social) to successfully position products and services in the market.</li><li>Assist in implementing marketing strategies and programs with internal and external collaborators.</li><li>Support the Channel Marketing Manager in the development and execution of all marketing and advertising strategies.</li><li>Develop a strong collaborative relationship with sales, aligning sales and marketing goals with interpersonal objectives.</li><li>Ensure a detailed understanding of end-customer needs within the served segments.</li><li>Handle key achievements in the development and updating of marketing assets while closely controlling the marketing budget.</li><li>Develop and maintain an advertising plan and media schedule, establishing relationships with trade publications for additional exposure.</li><li>Build, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice and brand message.</li><li>Continuously evaluate and supervise campaign performance by analyzing meaningful data and crafting comprehensive reports.</li><li>Work with the graphic design team to deliver content that adheres to brand guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate with product managers to build or edit product literature and digital content.</li><li>Maintain relationships with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs.</li><li>Apply our CRM system to ensure marketing campaigns target specific market segments and update the CRM database accordingly.</li><li>Prepare content for deployment in our Learning Management System (LMS).</li><li>Coordinate all aspects of tradeshow planning and execution, including booth design and on-site management, to ensure successful event participation and brand representation.</li></ul><h2>Job requirements</h2>Education &amp; Certificates<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.</li><li>2 to 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing and/or brand marketing.</li><li>Project management experience is a proven asset.</li><li>Ability to effectively balance multiple projects in a multifaceted environment.</li><li>Able to deal with complexity and uncertainty.</li><li>Proactive and diligent, viewing challenges as opportunities and translating them into actionable items.</li><li>Proficient in English (verbal and written); French (verbal and written) is an asset.</li><li>Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).</li><li>Experience with CRM systems and Marketing Automation tools.</li><li>Willingness to occasionally travel to trade shows in the US.</li></ul>IPEX is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process and, upon request, will work with qualified job applicants to provide suitable accommodation in a manner that takes into account the applicant’s accessibility needs due to disability.
