The role places a strong emphasis on financial oversight—developing and tracking budgets, supporting grant proposals and reporting, and ensuring projects are implemented effectively, on time, and in alignment with the Foundation’s strategic and financial objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Portfolio Management:  <ul><li>Working with the Director, coordinates all aspects of the Climate Solutions portfolio including planning, grant proposals and reporting, financial monitoring and implementation of program projects. </li><li>Serves as liaison for information exchange between Climate Portfolio and operational departments (Finance, Ops/Admin, Devo, P&amp;CE, IT &amp; Digital) on new organizational policies.   </li><li>Stewards project leads in the planning, implementation and financial tracking of their deliverables. </li><li>With the Climate Solutions Portfolio Director, facilitates team internal quarterly planning, team-building activities, and wider DSF annual planning process. </li></ul>Budget Management: <ul><li>Monitors and manages the portfolio’s budget, planning and implementation strategies. </li><li>Supports team members in the implementation of organizational policies and processes and managing contractor relationships. </li><li>Provides guidance and oversight to the Climate Solutions coordinator in invoice processing and contract drafting. </li><li>In collaboration with the Development department, stewards team in periodic reporting on funding agreements, as required.
