Together, we will change the future of energy, because the world can't wait.</div>What You Will Be Doing: As the Director of FP&amp;A, you will build and lead Helion’s corporate FP&amp;A function. You’ll work across the organization to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. In this role, you’ll be a key partner to the business enabling timely, data-driven decisions and helping shape the future of Helion. You’ll report directly to the CFO. This is an onsite role based in our Everett, WA office. You Will: <ul><li>Scale the corporate FP&amp;A function, including processes, tools, and long-term planning capable of supporting Helion’s rapid manufacturing scale-up </li><li>Own the company-wide financial planning process including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and strategic plans </li><li>Implement and manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across all teams </li><li>Build and maintain financial models to evaluate scenarios, assess risk, and guide strategy </li><li>Partner with business and functional leaders to provide visibility into performance, strategic initiatives, and emerging risks or opportunities </li><li>Lead and grow a high-performing finance team, focused on attracting and developing top talent to support Helion’s growth </li><li>Strengthen financial systems, processes, and controls to ensure discipline and data integrity </li><li>Provide modeling and analytical support for strategic projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment </li></ul>Required Skills: <ul><li>10+ years of experience in finance with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role </li><li>Proven track record of building and leading FP&amp;A functions, ideally in high growth tech, manufacturing, or energy startup </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights </li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership </li><li>Ability to partner closely with technical teams and communicate financials to non-finance stakeholders </li><li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field </li></ul> <div><div><div>Total Compensation and BenefitsHelion's compensation package includes a competitively benchmarked base salary, meaningful equity grants, and comprehensive benefits.
