This role is central to defining how our vision turns into a manufacturable and buildable reality.</span></div><div><br></div><div>WHAT YOU WILL DO</div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">-Develop and iterate the </span><b style="font-size:11pt;">manufacturing processes</b><span style="font-size:11pt;"> for the Alpha coils manufacturing, or our Stellarator assembly — from prototyping, process selection, process development, design for manufacture through to production processes and quality assurance.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">-Work closely with design engineers to ensure that designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and scalable.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">-Partner with suppliers and internal teams to assess manufacturing capabilities, identify risks, and validate process feasibility.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">-Support prototyping efforts and lead process definition for both coil manufacturing and stellarator assembly.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">-Contribute to the creation of work instructions, process documentation, and quality control plans.</span></div><div><br></div><div>WHO YOU ARE</div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">-Hands-on experience in manufacturing or assembly of </span><b style="font-size:11pt;">complex, high-precision large components</b><span style="font-size:11pt;"> — ideally in fields such as aerospace, automotive, energy systems, or advanced R&amp;D.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">-Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, forming, welding, casting, composite layup, and automated assembly techniques.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">-Familiarity with design-for-manufacturing (DFM) and design-for-assembly (DFA) principles.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">-Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, suppliers, and production teams.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">-Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and a good understanding of tolerancing, drawings, and documentation.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">-Experience in working with external vendors and in leading or supporting prototype builds is a plus.</span></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><br><br><br><div>INTERVIEW PROCESS</div><div>-Recruiter Interview (30-60 min)</div><div>-Technical Screening (30 min)</div><div>-Technical Panel (3x60 min)</div><div>-CEO call (30 min)</div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">At Proxima Fusion, our mission is bold: making limitless clean energy a reality.
