In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on sourcing and hiring top engineering talent. You will be responsible for partnering with an assigned market/s within the ANZ Region, providing resourcing consultation and services to the Hiring Manager/Stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, particularly for engineering roles.</li><li>Use source channels like linkedin/SEEK to screen and interview candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.</li><li>Build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally that contributes to strengthening the company and market brand.</li><li>Utilise Workday to manage applicant tracking, candidate data, and recruitment metrics.</li><li>Analyse recruitment data using Excel to generate reports and optimize hiring strategies.</li><li>Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring alignment with company culture and technical requirements.</li><li>Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in talent acquisition processes.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends to attract top-tier engineering professionals.</li></ul>What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>Proven experience in talent acquisition (agency or in-house), with a focus on recruiting for engineering roles.</li><li>Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, experience using Workday would be an advantage.</li><li>Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting would be ideal but not a must have (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</li></ul>Why Join Us?At SMEC, you will benefit from working in a flexible global organisation with exposure to international best practice engineering design.
