Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Responsible to achieve agreed SFD, stock levels and CSL, monitors ICSL, SSL for the defined portfolio. </li><li>Continuously reviews the Sales/ Production forecast of defined portfolio of a country or a group of countries on short, mid and long term, in quantity and value.  </li><li>Orders items from production sites, suppliers and co-packers, and follows up deliveries in order to fulfil the sales/ production plan in timing and quantities </li><li>Maintains and periodically reviews planning master data in SAP and IPB to implement adequate forecasting model, replenishment and stock strategies. </li><li>Coordinates co-packing activities with main focus on availability, saving costs, production schedule and raw material replenishment </li><li>Coordinates Import activities. </li><li>Ensures the sales forecast input from other department is on time and accurate (promotions, launches, delisting)  </li><li>Prepares data for the bi-monthly reviews and consensus meeting </li><li>Manages SCM related tasks of quality issues. </li><li>Continuously improves operational efficiency (process improvements, new SCM solutions, support to central tenders). </li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>At least 2 years experience in SCM planning, preferably in FMCG</li><li>Able and used to work in international company and stick to company rules/guidelines</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Czech and English languages, both written and spoken, Hungarian is a plus</li><li>Advanced knowledge of MS Office with focus on MS Excel</li><li>SAP knowledge is an advantage</li><li>Responsible, reliable and flexible team player</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
