We are looking for a "Finance Manager" to join our team in Istanbul, Turkey. The role will report to the Country CFO as a Deputy with a dotted line report to the Group CFO.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Become a trusted partner to multiple finance teams on Group level and help drive financially sound business decisions, support Country CFO in all financial matters and increase overall profitability</li><li>Expand, manage and coach the local finance team to support growth</li><li>Manage and oversee financial activities of MET Turkey related to accounting, reporting, tax management, treasury, credit management and budgeting  </li><li>Provide support to other business departments and be part of local strategic projects</li></ul> Accounting &amp; Treasury Management<ul><li>Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of accounting in accordance with local regulation</li><li>Be responsible of statutory financial statements</li><li>Manage all external parties (accounting firm and tax advisors, auditors, tax authorities)</li><li>Monitor and optimize cash management</li></ul> Controlling Management<ul><li>Responsible for the management and presentation of the monthly reporting and analysis of business results to stakeholders on Group level</li><li>Manage budget and forecasting processes (P&amp;L, BS, cash flow) in accordance with Group deadlines</li><li>Monitor and control profitability of the subsidiary (commercial margin, opex, capex)</li><li>Implement and evolve digital finance and reporting systems</li></ul> Credit Risk Management<ul><li>Define the local credit risk strategy</li><li>Secure and monitor customer credit risk by setting up efficient processes and tools</li><li>Manage collection processes and follow up performance of external parties</li></ul> Back Office<ul><li>Coordinate and oversee the energy invoicing</li><li>Implement and evolve billing systems and integrate with the accounting and banking systems</li></ul>
