We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Events &amp; Project Coordinator Intern to support our global events and regional marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in executing both virtual and in-person events, streamlining operational processes, and driving collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.Key Responsibilities:Event Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>Handle logistics and execution for in-person and virtual events (e.g., webinars), including speaker management, registration, and post-event follow-up</li><li>Manage webinar platforms (Zoom, Cvent, or similar), including technical setup, live support, and analytics</li><li>Assist in promoting events via email, social media, and partner networks; manage registration tracking and attendee lists</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure events are aligned with regional marketing goals and messaging</li></ul>Cross-Team Collaboration &amp; Communication<ul><li>Serve as a liaison between different business teams to ensure alignment across initiatives</li><li>Support communication efforts through updates, team-wide notifications, and meeting coordination</li><li>Maintain accurate data within marketing systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, marketing automation platforms)</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders stay aligned across multiple initiatives</li></ul>
