This individual will be responsible primarily for processing a high volume of AP invoices in a 3-way match environment. This is a great opportunity for a motivated <a href="https://100hires.com/accounts-payable-clerk-job-description.html">AP Executive </a>to obtain great experience within a large well-known organization. .  This individual reports to the AP Team Leader and will work closely with finance team members, Procurement and other key stakeholders of the assigned units.  The role requires a self-driven, enthusiastic and highly motivated professional capable of working in a fast paced environment while collaborating with various business stakeholders in administering the day-to-day operation of the AP Function.    Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:<ul><li>Posting business transactions, processing invoices and verifying financial data, which is thereafter used for maintaining accurate accounts payable records.</li><li>Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes.</li><li>Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner</li><li>Create / review payment proposal and do the Bank &amp; Vendor clearing.
