Ideally, you’ll be based near one of these offices or open to relocating.We’re also open to candidates based in our European offices, provided you have strong English language skills, as the position involves oversight of work delivered by our design hubs in the UK, Spain, India, and through our Enterprise Capability teams.The role will require travel within the UK&amp;I and Europe.Here’s what you’ll do:<ul><li>Act as the CSA design lead on data centre projects throughout all project phases.</li><li>Lead multidisciplinary coordination of civil, structural, and architectural design packages.</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal teams (MEP, sustainability, digital, etc) to deliver integrated solutions.</li><li>Ensure CSA design output is aligned with project schedules, budget, and client expectations</li><li>Contribute to bid submissions and proposals with technical scoping, planning and resourcing input</li><li>Engage with clients, contractors, and supply chain partners in a confident and solutions-driven manner</li><li>Support the development and mentoring of junior engineers and architects</li><li>Promote digital delivery and BIM best practices on all CSA workstreams</li><li>Support QA/QC processes and contribute to internal technical reviews</li></ul>Who We’re Looking For:<ul><li>Proven technical leadership in delivering CSA design on large-scale, mission-critical or complex buildings</li><li>Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with a track record of collaborating with clients and partners</li><li>Strong understanding of UK and European building regulations and data centre compliance requirements</li><li>Proficient in relevant software tools including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination platforms</li><li>Experience working in a multidisciplinary consultancy or design &amp; build environment</li><li>A confident communicator and relationship builder who can lead client interactions at director level</li><li>Commercially savvy with experience managing risk, governance, and profitability</li><li>Willing to travel across UK&amp;I and Europe as required</li></ul> <ul></ul>
