Our high-performing Transport team in Auckland is looking for an experienced Principal Pavement Engineer. This exciting opportunity arises from a strong pipeline of new project wins and significant ongoing programs such as Te Wai Takamori o Te Awa Kairangi (Riverlink) and Eastern Busway Alliance (EBA).We’re looking for a pavement design specialist with technical depth, leadership capability, and a drive to support both design delivery and construction-phase services (MSQA/CPS) across a variety of transport infrastructure projects.How you’ll make a difference <ul><li>Lead and deliver pavement design packages for a range of small to large-scale multi-disciplinary projects across New Zealand and Australia, ensuring technical quality and practical constructability.</li><li>Provide construction-phase support, including technical design advice, MSQA oversight, and CPS inspections, with a focus on active projects such as Te Wai Takamori o Te Awa Kairangi (Riverlink) and the Eastern Busway Alliance (EBA).</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables while managing multiple priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and supporting tender pursuits with pavement expertise.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust through reliable delivery, open communication, and a deep understanding of project and stakeholder needs.</li></ul>
