This job will include sales operations, account management and administrative responsibilities.&nbsp; This is a great opportunity for those early in their career looking to get hands-on experience in a wide ranging role at the intersection of the real estate technology and the climate technology space. We are looking for someone hungry, eager to learn, organized and passionate about energy and having an impact!RESPONSIBILITIES:●&nbsp; Develop and maintain strong understanding of Parity service offering and internal processes●&nbsp; Develop and maintain strong understanding of industry and target mark trends including, local laws, incentive programs, financing programs, competitive landscape and other key items●&nbsp; Support client sales, engagement and overall strategy decision making●&nbsp; Manage scheduling and logistics for sales meetings, client site visits, and internal reviews.●&nbsp; Track and lead follow-ups with clients and partners to ensure key sales process milestones are achieved, such as timely data collection●&nbsp; Maintain and improve Salesforce records, including deal pipeline, lead status, next steps and proposal tracking.●&nbsp; Build and maintain organized spreadsheets and other tools identifying target buildings using such characteristics as size, HVAC type and utility spend●&nbsp; Assist with creation of proposals, contracts, and client presentations using standard templates●&nbsp; Prepare and refine client facing and internal presentations●&nbsp; Support planning and organization for trade show events, including booth logistics and setup coordination.●&nbsp; Join select sales meetings to take notes, capture action items, and ensure consistent follow-through.●&nbsp; Proactively identify opportunities to streamline process and sales process efficiency●&nbsp; Serve as the operational right hand to the VP of Sales—helping keep opportunities moving from first contact to contract signing.QUALIFICATIONS:●&nbsp; 2+ years of experience in sales, operations, marketing or other relevant fields●&nbsp; You are detail oriented and well organized●&nbsp; You are proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Google and Salesforce.●&nbsp; You are proficient with ChatGPT, Gemini and/or other AI support tools&nbsp;●&nbsp; You are eager to grow, learn and tackle new opportunities in a fast-growing startup environment●&nbsp; You are a clear communicator with strong written and verbal/phone skills●&nbsp; You are a quick learner, and only need to be shown something once before doing it yourself, and then going back to improve the process●&nbsp; You constantly seek efficiency and optimization of processes and procedures; you look for gaps and work to fill them.●&nbsp; Comfortable managing logistics, prepping materials, and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.●&nbsp; You have the ability to commute to our Midtown Manhattan office 2-3 days a week and attend client meetings, events and site visits as neededWHY JOIN US?Join our organization in a key role during a period of tremendous growth and directly contribute to its future success.
