This role plays a critical part in fostering a proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance with international standards. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team! Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart!  You will contribute to the creation of a green and secure energy ecosystem by: <ul><li>Developing and implementing a comprehensive Health &amp; Safety strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and sustainability goals</li><li>Ensure full compliance with ISO 45001 and other applicable local and international health and safety regulations</li><li>Leading risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across all project phases—from design and construction to operation and decommissioning</li><li>Overseeing incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions</li><li>Promoting a strong H&amp;S culture through employee training, leadership engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Acting as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, contractors, and internal stakeholders regarding H&amp;S matters</li><li>Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting internal audits, and providing regular reports to senior leadership</li><li>Managing emergency preparedness and ensuring the development and testing of crisis response plans</li></ul>
