AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a robust background in federal projects to oversee the management and execution of high-profile initiatives. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of maintaining contract compliance, ensuring quality standards, and driving project success from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence in project delivery. This is an onsite position.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:<ul><li>Represent the client professionally in alignment with contract requirements and deliverables.</li><li>Manage contracts for complex federal projects, including compliance oversight and detailed progress documentation.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to align projects with business objectives, client requirements, and contractual obligations.</li><li>Oversee project planning and execution, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources.</li><li>Identify and mitigate risks related to schedule delays, cost overruns, safety, and unforeseen challenges.</li><li>Supervise project teams, subcontractors, and consultants, providing leadership and performance oversight.</li><li>Confirm adherence to contract terms, specifications, and quality standards through inspections and monitoring.</li><li>Lead safety and quality control initiatives to maintain a safe work environment and deliver high-quality outcomes.</li><li>Manage project budgets and financial performance, tracking costs and forecasting expenses.</li><li>Coordinate with stakeholders and regulatory agencies to facilitate approvals and maintain compliance.</li><li>Resolve disputes and contractual issues, working with legal and project control teams.</li><li>Conduct commissioning management, construction schedule reviews, and project closeout coordination.</li></ul>
