The design component of that work is limited to 6 months and the property analysis, permitting and easement acquisition must be completed within that window to meet the OPUC’s correction timeline. Customer Jobs: Oregon’s residential and customer load growth has been increasing consistently over the last decade. For each new home, subdivision, condominium, and business, Property Services is engaged to acquire easements or other rights. As residential population and density increase, the easements are more complex and heavily negotiated. Failure to obtain easements puts PGE at risk for relocation costs and/or litigation. PGE Capital Expansion &amp; Resiliency: Transmission and Distribution planning have identified needs for 3-5 new substations, 5 new transmission lines, and expansions and upgrades a significant amount of existing infrastructure.
