<div>Job Type</div><div>Full-time</div><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>Responsible for transitioning prospective students from candidate through the enrollment process for the Airstreams Renewables, Inc. (ARI) Career Skill Program (CSP)/Skill Bridge Program (SBP). This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and reporting admissions statistics to ARI corporate headquarters, local Education Centers, and Transition Readiness personnel. </p><p><br></p><p>The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:</p><ul><li>Assists ARI CSP/SBP applicants through entire enrollment process.</li><li>Provides weekly campus tours to prospective students.</li><li>Monitors Command Releases for future classes and provides feedback to Training Supervisor.</li><li>Inputs and maintains QuickBase with student admissions data.</li><li>Generates and reports admissions statistics to Training Supervisor, ARI corporate headquarters and local Education Centers and Transition Readiness personnel.</li><li>Assists ARI Career Services Specialist at regional locations with student employment as needed.</li><li>Works with Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to verify student eligibility.</li><li>Performs recruitment and marketing activities on and off base.</li><li>Performs any additional work tasks as directed by Training Supervisor to meet ARI goals and objectives.</li><li>Follows all ARI policies and procedures. </li></ul><p><strong> Benefits: </strong></p><ul><li>Medical</li><li>Dental</li><li>Vision</li><li>401(k)</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>Required Skills, Abilities, and Experience: </strong></p><ul><li>Possesses great people skills and the ability to foster excellent relationships with perspective students, employers, and installation personnel.</li><li> Demonstrates skills with a focus on ARI core values of Accountability, Respect, and Integrity.</li><li> Communicates well in a dynamic environment and speaks effectively before audiences of various sizes.</li><li>Ability to read, interpret, and produce documents.</li><li>Performs office and computer work.</li><li>Treats others with dignity and respect.</li><li>Projects a positive, professional image in all settings.</li><li>Ability to travel as required to meet ARI goals and objectives.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Skills and Knowledge:</strong></p><ul><li>Possesses an understanding of and familiarity with the industries that ARI supports and their training requirements.</li><li>Background/experience in recruiting</li><li>Experience in administrative functions</li><li>Experience with public speaking</li></ul><p><strong>Education, Certification, and Other Requirements:</strong></p><ol><li>Required: Valid Driver’s License, ability to pass motor vehicle record (MVR) and background checks.</li><li>Required: To be considered for this position, you must have reliable transportation to work, have access to a reliable vehicle that you can use to travel to multiple locations within a shift, and be willing to work on occasional weekends and holidays.</li><li>Required: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and maintain a drug-free status.</li><li>Required: Legal ability to work in the United States.</li><li>Preferred: VA Certifying Official </li></ol><p><strong>Core Values:</strong></p><p>Airstreams Renewables embraces our core values of accountability, respect, and integrity.
